If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer the option to return or exchange your item under the following terms:

Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

Sale/discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless the product was received damaged or incorrect.

How to request a return:

Our team will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we will process:

An exchange (if requested and stock is available)

Or a store credit/refund (processed within 5-7 working days)

Damaged / Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange an immediate exchange at no extra cost to you.

Important Notes
We currently do not offer free returns. You are responsible for shipping the item back to us.
